In order to make enrolling at Helios School possible for families that might not otherwise be able to do so, a limited amount of financial aid is available.
Please note our tuition for 2017-18 School Year:
Lower School (K-4th) $27,875
Middle School (5th-8th) $29,375
Helios determines eligibility for admission without regard to a student’s application for financial aid.
Helios School admits students of any race, age, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Helios School. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin or any other basis prohibited by California state and federal nondiscrimination laws respectively in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic administered programs.
Beginning in 2016, Helios uses the online services of School and Student Services (SSS by NAIS) to assist us in assessing a family’s ability to contribute to a student’s educational expenses.
The assessment by SSS by NAIS plays a critical role in our decision to award financial aid to a family.
We also consider our financial aid budget, our school’s policies and needs of our entire school student body.

Helios School adheres to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations in administering its admissions and financial aid decisions. This includes those that require non-discriminatory practice.
The school continues to provide support to students as long as they demonstrate financial need. Families are asked to reapply each year, and awards may be adjusted as family circumstances change.
The school safeguards the confidentiality of financial aid applications, records and decisions while respecting the right of each family to discuss its own financial aid outcomes in an appropriate manner.
Deadlines for application for financial aid are below and applicants who fail to meet these deadlines lose their priority for funding.
In the case of separated or divorced parents, the school will generally require both parents to complete all the requirements for applying for financial aid.
Helios School reserves the right to withdraw an award of financial aid if it is determined that an application is incomplete, false or includes misleading information.
